Overview

The Salesforce integration monitors your CRM platform’s security posture: users, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and audit trail. LowerPlane uses read-only OAuth access to collect compliance evidence automatically.

Prerequisites

You need Salesforce System Administrator permissions to authorize the OAuth connection.

How to Connect

Start the connection

Go to Settings > Integrations in LowerPlane and find Salesforce.

Authorize access

Click Connect to be redirected to Salesforce. Authorize LowerPlane with the Full Access :: Read permission.

Verify connection

Once redirected back, LowerPlane will begin syncing your Salesforce organization data.
