Overview

The Workday integration monitors your HCM platform: employees, departments, job changes, and terminations. LowerPlane uses read-only OAuth access with instance-specific URLs to collect compliance evidence automatically.

Prerequisites

You need Workday Integration System Administrator permissions to configure the OAuth connection.

How to Connect

Identify your Workday instance

Note your Workday instance URL (e.g., https://wd5-impl-services1.workday.com/your-tenant).

Start the connection

Go to Settings > Integrations in LowerPlane, find Workday, and enter your instance URL.

Authorize access

Click Connect to be redirected to your Workday instance. Authorize LowerPlane with read-only access.
