Overview

The Spring Verify integration monitors your background verification platform: background checks and verification statuses. LowerPlane uses read-only access via an API Key to collect compliance evidence automatically.

Prerequisites

You need Spring Verify Admin permissions to generate an API token.

How to Get Your API Key

Log in to Spring Verify

Log in to your Spring Verify dashboard.

Navigate to API settings

Go to Profile > Settings > API.

Generate a token

Click Generate Token and set the expiry to never expire. Copy the generated token.

Connecting in LowerPlane

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in LowerPlane
  2. Find Spring Verify under HR
  3. Enter your API Key
  4. Select your Region (IN or USA)
  5. Click Connect
Select the region that matches your Spring Verify account. This determines the API endpoint LowerPlane will use.
