Overview

The Humaans integration syncs your HR data into LowerPlane: employee directory, departments, and employment lifecycle. LowerPlane uses your API access token to collect compliance evidence automatically.

Prerequisites

You need Owner access to your Humaans organization to generate an API token.

How to Get Your API Key

Sign in to Humaans

Sign in to Humaans as an owner for your organization.

Go to API Access Tokens

Expand the account dropdown in the upper left and visit API access tokens.

Generate Token

Press Generate new token.

Configure Token

Name your token (e.g., LowerPlane), enable all scopes, and press Create access token.

Copy Token

Copy the generated token. Store it securely — it won’t be shown again.

Connecting in LowerPlane

Navigate to Integrations

Go to Integrations from the main navigation and search for Humaans.

Enter API Token

Paste the API access token you generated.

Connect

Click Connect to establish the integration.
