Overview

The IntelliHR integration syncs your HR data into LowerPlane: employee directory, departments, and employment status. LowerPlane uses your company subdomain and API Key to collect compliance evidence automatically.

Prerequisites

You need your IntelliHR company subdomain and access to the Settings menu to create an API key.

How to Get Your API Key

Log in to IntelliHR

Use your IntelliHR credentials to log in to the IntelliHR platform.

Navigate to Settings

Using the main menu on the left, go to Settings.

Go to API Access Keys

Under the settings menu, go to Public API Access Keys.

Create Access Key

Click the Create Access Key button. When prompted, enter a name for the access key (e.g., LowerPlane).

Copy API Key

Copy the generated API key. Store it securely.

Connecting in LowerPlane

Navigate to Integrations

Go to Integrations from the main navigation and search for IntelliHR.

Enter Credentials

Provide the following:
  • Company Subdomain — Your IntelliHR subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.intellihr.io)
  • API Key — The key generated in the previous step

Connect

Click Connect to establish the integration.

Employee Directory

Full employee list with names, emails, departments, and job titles.

Employment Status

Active, inactive, and terminated employee tracking.
