Overview

The Hailey HR integration syncs your HR data into LowerPlane: employee directory, departments, and employment status. LowerPlane uses your API Key to collect compliance evidence automatically.

Prerequisites

Make sure you have an API Key ready. You can create one from Profile Avatar > Access Token > Create API Key.

How to Get Your API Key

Log in to Hailey HR

Log in to your Hailey HR account.

Go to Access Tokens

Click on your Profile Avatar in the top right and navigate to Access Token.

Create API Key

Click Create API Key and copy the generated key.

Connecting in LowerPlane

Navigate to Integrations

Go to Integrations from the main navigation and search for Hailey HR.

Click Connect

Click the Connect button to start the integration. A popup will appear — choose your preferred method to connect.

Enter API Key

Paste the API Key you created in the previous step.

Configure Provider

Once connected, head to the People section and add Hailey HR as a provider in the Configurations tab.

Full employee list with names, emails, departments, and job titles.

Employment Status

Active, inactive, and terminated employee tracking.
