Overview

The Freshteam integration syncs your HR data into LowerPlane: employee directory, departments, and hiring status. LowerPlane uses your Freshteam API Key to collect compliance evidence automatically.

Prerequisites

  • You need your Freshteam domain name and admin access before proceeding.
  • Freshteam integration does not work with a free plan.

How to Get Your API Key

Sign in to Freshteam

Log in to your Freshteam account.

Open API Key Settings

Hover over your profile picture in the upper right corner.

Select API Key

Select API Key in the dropdown menu.

Copy API Key

Copy your API Key.

Connecting in LowerPlane

Navigate to Integrations

Go to Integrations from the main navigation and search for Freshteam.

Enter Domain

Enter your Freshteam domain name. This is unique to your organization account (e.g., yourcompany.freshteam.com).

Enter API Key

Paste the API Key you copied from Freshteam.

Connect

Click Submit to establish the integration.
