Overview

The Zenduty integration monitors your incident management platform: incidents, services, schedules, escalation policies, teams, users, and audit logs. LowerPlane uses read-only access via an API Key to collect compliance evidence automatically.

Prerequisites

You need Zenduty Account Owner or Admin permissions to generate an API key.

How to Get Your API Key

Log in to Zenduty

Log in to your Zenduty Dashboard.

Navigate to API keys

Go to Profile > Account > API keys.

Create a new API key

Click New API key. Name it “LowerPlane Integration” and ensure it has read access to all incidents. Copy the generated key.

Connecting in LowerPlane

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in LowerPlane
  2. Find Zenduty under Incident Management
  3. Enter your API Key
  4. Click Connect
