Overview
The PagerDuty integration connects via OAuth to monitor your incident management platform: incidents, services, on-call schedules, users, teams, and escalation policies. LowerPlane uses read-only access to collect compliance evidence automatically.Prerequisites
How to Connect
Initiate OAuth flow
In LowerPlane, go to Settings > Integrations and find PagerDuty. Click Connect to start the OAuth authorization flow.
Authorize LowerPlane
You will be redirected to PagerDuty. Log in and authorize LowerPlane with the following permissions:
Incidents :: Read— Read incident dataServices :: Read— Read service configurations
Connecting in LowerPlane
- Go to Settings > Integrations in LowerPlane
- Find PagerDuty under Incident Management
- Click Connect and complete the OAuth authorization
- LowerPlane will begin syncing incident management data
